Items eligible for return includes coffee purchased as ongoing subscriptions, bags of coffee, and any brewing equipment sold by Noego Coffee Co. Items not eligible for return include Noego gift boxes, any product purchased through a third party, any product received as a 'trial' or promotional item, and items where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.
For items eligible for return, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it. The 15 day return window is from the date your item was delivered to the date you ship it to Noego Coffee Co. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Returns should be mailed to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will immediately inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund, after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer's policies.
